In your most recent rate, you have stated that moving 4 HP EVs into Def EVs for Tornadus-T would make it able to switch into Stealth Rock one more time, which would be true if one very important factor was not considered.

That factor is Tornadus-T's ability, Regenerator.

Regenerator allows Tornadus-T to switch into Stealth Rock as many times as it wants to, as it heals 33% of the pokemon's HP, while Stealth Rock only removes 25% from it. However, due to Tornadus-T's base hp, it reaches 300 HP once you give it 4 HP EVs, meaning that it'll heal itself 100 HP instead of 99 if you don't give it the EVs. Basically, 4 HP is much better on Tornadus-T!

Yeah it does open him up a bit more to Scarf Terrakion and Thunderous at least with Scizor alive he can stop it with bullet punch but yeah terrak is still a threat. However i found the pros starmie brings outwiegh the cons as Starmie gives him a rapid spinner, helps against rain, helps a bit more vs keldeo and although i fogot to mention it in my rate banded terrakion who no one on his team can switch into
