i forgot about that ability and gave him a free switch. he is pretty good though. i like how your team has lots of immunity's. i dont like specs jolteon its too easy to lock him on to something useless and do massive damage when he has to switch out (aka garchomp's minisweep) togekiss is annoying but doesnt gain anything from rain. idk i would switch jolteon to life orb. he already gets extra power by being able to spam thunder due to perma rain.

boosting moves could also be problematic. If you have a bulky poke they might get off all six boosts before they get killed, or belly drum might be more usefull -
