I think ExtremeSpeed deserves a place in the All-Out-Attacking set. In my opinion, the utility offered by priority warrants a slash.

Agreed. Although, isn't the 110 benchmark pretty significant, if not only to out-speed MGar pre-MEvo (assuming it doesn't get banned)? Also, doesn't running max speed on Mega-Ray at least create the possibility of speed-ties with other max speed Mega-Rays?

I can see what you mean, but the issue isn't as large as you're making it seem, as Xerneas can only really set up on two pokemon safely. In fact, one of those (Yveltal) can not only do a good deal of damage to Xerneas prior to death, but also creates a 50/50 with Taunt.
