    synchro is auch von vorteil, es sei denn du hast schon.
    aber frame erhöhen muss vor der höhle in der sich lugia befidnet, geht drinnen nich.
    ein schritt un lias höhle erhöht den frame imo um 1. heißt draußen erhöhen via radio -1 schritt un 128 schritte zu lugia so hab ichs zum. gemacht. aber der frame is echt hardcore, vorallem weil das mit der delay doof is
