There's also the problem that if something needs too much support how viable a strategy is it? Planning for the late-game is all fine and well, but if you need that much time and set-up for what's going to be short, isn't stall better?

Depend what I want to RNG. Like for just my Japanese rom's ID/SID were just to make it look cool. I pretty much beat the entire game so that I could RNG just eggs.
My recent BCC ID/SID was made, and I skipped through the entire game. All badges, Complete Pokedex Code were used to get me to where I needed to be within minutes.

Crap...Looks like I'll just try and RNG Suicune, entei then raikou then :|. I hope there wont be any new wondercards soon! I also found out I can still go to the sinjoh ruins to catch one of the 4th gen trio!
