But forewarning you, there's 2 major things you want to keep in mind:
a) Finding your SSF is a bitch.
b) Even if you find your SSF, there's no guarantee you'll hit your shiny frame with that seed because NPC/rain PID advancement is too sporadic. In a nutshell, some frames are just not hittable on a seed. Which is why I suggest ID/SID abuse. However, more work tedious work is involved, which is why people have a hard time with roamers on a cart.
It's still a little annoying on an emu but it's nothing compared to carts. Keep this in mind if you really, truly want to RNG a roamer.
I believe Kaphotics' guide is pretty solid, I dunno what more I could really add to it. It's pretty straight forward.
I'm a pretty hard person to find nowadays due to school but if you have any specific questions you can VM me and I'll get back to you.

Just install it, Click on Go Online. Then you'll see Smogon's server. Type a nick and when your inside you'll see Register right at the bottom. After you do that just ask in the main chat for help. Asking for battles in the main chat is not allowed, you'll have to use the find button.

Well, if you're thinking chlorophyll, three mons that come to mind are Lilligant, Venusaur and Leafeon. Leafeon has base 95 speed, and he can function as a wish passer, I suppose. Get's SD too. Venusaur has some good support options and some good attacking options, so maybe that might work too. Lilligant boasts a pretty great SpAtk stat, chlorophyll, AND quiver dance to top it all off. It might be a good fit. :p
