A bit late, but I'd always go for HP-Fire for SB Sharpedo. It needs the coverage. If not HP-Fire, then HP-Electric lets it hit bulky Waters, and HP-Grass lets it hit bulky Waters including Gastrodon, Swampert and Quagsire which wall you otherwise.
