Softboiled is in Emerald. For that, S-Toss, and Body Slam, you need 112 BP.

All three moves are also free, one time only tutors in FR/LG.

Yes, the shiny Registeel, and for Murkrow is fine.

And I'm not 100% for sure on this, but I believe the Softboiled tutor for Togepi is only available on FR/LG (I'll double check this for you though). It's the least important of the tutor moves though, since I can level it up and TM Roost in Gen 4. Your ROM might help you with the Seismic Tossed and Body Slam tutors (the BP's needed), as well.

I missed your original edit about the IV spread. Please try at least a couple times for the Calm natured flawless spread. If you strike out 3 times though, I'll still take Calm 31/*/31/31/31/31. And even though I didn't see my mention of it before, definately Serene Grace ability, or it's no good to me.

...I don't really want to trade by files. I believe you can use IR-GTS to get the .pkm files onto your cart by changing your DNS settings then picking the pokemon up from the GTS.

You can restore saves using Slot 1 flashcart too. Mine runs at around 3000% in those areas. I just wanted help with method 2 pokes.
