Yes. Take another look at my post as I edited some links into it. I made a mistake about shiny Colosseum pokemon though. You generally won't know if it's shiny until after you caught it unless the PID is a shiny result for both your ID/SID and the randomly generated opponent's ID/SID.

Well, I've done it before (RNG in a Korean game), but to get there will be no walk in the park. 9.9
For one, I'd have to start pretty much from scratch, do ID/SID abuse, then play through the game to get to Ho-Oh. And do that without any cheats at all. xD
So in other words, it'd take a while. I can do it, but I think you'd be better off asking Winters because he already has a good Korean HGSS save.

I have an ancient desktop running windows XP with a craptastic processing speed and otherwise doesn't run emulators well, and I have a mac with really great processing speed but it's a well known fact that mac can't run windows programs well, not to mention all the emulators for mac do not have the features needed for me to accurately abuse on them. Until I get a good windows desktop computer, I won't be doing emerald abuse. Sorry.
