I know for sure that the level 100 Shiny Kyogre I showed you is a 3rd gen shiny...But it's nicknamed and level 100 already--EV's are wiped.

All three of my Shiny Pokepark Celebis are also from Hoenn--but their legitimacy is shaky...

My level 100 EV-trained Shiny Flawless Deoxys is also 3rd gen...As well as the Shiny Masterball Rayquaza...

Shiny Latias, Relaxed--unsure of EV's in a Masterball, is also from 3rd gen. Shiny WISHMKR Jirachi is also from 3rd gen, as well as the aforementioned Kyogre.

None of the ones mentioned have a Premier Ribbon.
