I don't know if you missed it, but our gym match has been up for a while. It's here.
In ASB, the Speed boosts are different. Basically, it's Speed*1.75*(Stage Boost) if it's positive (I THINK), and Speed/(1.75*(Stage Drop)) if negative (I THINK).
At least I know for sure that +1 Speed is x1.75.
