Yep. You'll need to make sure you have the right encounter slots to capture the right pokemon too. Encounter slots determine what pokemon you'll catch. I can tell you how to figure those out too if you need me to. I can teach you how to find more than just those spreads yourself too if you want.

All right, this one should be pretty easy then. Go to one of the three lakes (Verity, Valor, Acuity, any is fine), make sure you have your Impish synchronizer at the front of your party, and save right in front of the water. I say the three lakes because you don't have to worry about NPCs screwing with your frame there. Once you've done that, turn off your game and try to hit your delay. Once you've hit your delay, open up the journal. Your target frame is 616. 616 - 4 = 612 / 2 = 306 journal flips. The -4 is from fishing which advances your frame by four. Once you've done your 306 journal flips, fish WITH THE OLD ROD. Using the Good or Super Rod will make you encounter a Goldeen/Seaking. Then catch your Magikarp and check it's IVs to see if you caught the right pokemon.

Honestly, for captures, Seed to Time is the best and easiest thing to use. I don't even know how to use that one tbh. :/ Would this spread work out?

The delay is 592... You can take the year back though to increase the delay. The lowest frame is 612 too, so you'll have to do some journal flipping.

Actually, stop. I found a spread that does not need a synchronizer.

Even in the year 2099 though, the delay is 659. It's the easiest 31/31/31/x/31/31 Impish spread though. Think you can do it?

Sorry, searching for Impish spreads, hold on... Do you have a pokemon with an Impish nature and the ability synchronize? You'll need one.

When you talked to Oak, it released all of the birds. You can redo them, but you have to kill off Zapdos and Moltres and beat the Elite 4. Then (iirc) you talk to Oak to release them again, but I'm not sure exactly. What I do know is that you have to kill them and beat the Elite 4 to abuse them again.

Hey man, I know you wanted a HP grass 31/30/30/31/31/3 spread, the only one that would have worked for me was a 50 frameand 1000 delay, so I had to use this spread.

Oh, okay. So open up your DS again, and if you have Step Counter poketch app, switch to that. Clear it if you need to. If you don't have it, you'll have to count yourself. Walk 128 steps around the house, make sure you don't leave it though. Try and make it so on your 128th step you're in front of Oak again. If you have to count yourself, a step is actually walking forward or turning + walking. Just turning does not count as a step. Once you've done that, open up your journal, do your 254 flips, and talk to Oak.

Try not to mess up too, lol. The birds are a pain to redo because you have to kill all of them off and beat the E4 before you can get another try at them.

Okay, 522 - 11 - 3 = 508 / 2 = 254 journal flips. The 11 is from releasing Articuno, the 3 is from walking 128 steps to advance the frame by the number of pokemon in your party.

No, walking 128 steps in an area without wild pokemon advances your frame by the number of pokemon in your party. That's why you need an odd number in your party. Your target frame is 522, so 522 - 11 (Articuno's monster) - 1,3,5 (odd number of pokemon in your party) / 2 = the number of journal flips you need to do.
