Lol I know its been like that for all RNG`s. Its hard to verify your delay...you need to catch a Pokemon to check its IV`s then advance. Do you have a IV check code for White US version?

You can put whatever you want, but I put 1500 min. delay and 4000 max. delay to have a good broad search for a good seed and low frame, which is 10.
I don't use parameters when I'm RNGing.
Idk how many frames sweet scent advances. But you start on frame 3 with c-gear. 128 steps with 2 pokes in party is 2 frames, making it frame 5.
I'm not sure if that would work. Just advance your frame by 2 before you catch a poke.
You have to catch a pokemon and check its IVs.

Jones I honestly have no clue..I have no idea how to RNG in the 5th generation yet lol...There is a quick guide on the thread so your going to have to ask questions there and look at the guide so see if anything sums up your questions :)

Im not sure, It takes such along time to search for spreads....Im trying to find a HP Ground spread. I want to catch a Litwick for my first RNG.
Well apparently moving pokemon in your PC box advances the frame by 7 and walking 128 steps advances the frame by the # of Pokemon in your party. So 3 Pokemon in your party + 128 Steps = 3 frame advancements. Its been like that since 4th gen RNG as I may recall.
