Okay, so you do know your encryption settings. That's good. Do you know both of your timer0 values? Every cart has two, and finding your second is important because that essentially doubles the amount of seeds you can find. That's important when trying to get shinies because there are so few shiny seeds to begin with.

If you don't know your second timer0, I'd suggest re-doing your parameters search until you hit a seed that had your second timer0. Like I said, it's important to know.

Okay, so you know the basics -- that's good.

Have you done standard seed abuse or C-Gear abuse? Because if you did C-Gear abuse first you should definitely look into doing standard abuse -- not only is it 10 times easier (IMO), it's also the only way we have that is possible to generate shinies. You do need to gather more information to start doing standard abuse than you would for C-Gear, but once you've found your encryption settings you don't have to do it again.

Also, I'm going to bed so I probably won't be able to respond til tomorrow. But yeah, I'll be glad to help you learn to RNG some shinies.

I can't even claim PBR anymore (not that many people on Smogon used it) since one of the cords in the back of my Wii fried recently, and I haven't got a replacement yet. >_<

I kknow, but me and my g/f share the same computer, and she gets testy over that sort of stuff being on the computer.

I wish I could do all of that, but I am carts (and PO) only. I don't use emulators. Eats up too much space on a computer's hard drive for my liking.

And to keep the egg in the game that the original PCNY (Wish) Event eggs were given, it still has to be done in either Fire Red, or Leaf Green. The Eggs were only give out as events on those two games.

I wasn't aware. I have only learned to RNG abuse in Platinum for eggs and wild captures. Do you have a link to the info?

I did make one. I just need to update it with Pokemon. I am planning to do it after I get some parents so I can RNG breed my own Pokemon.

I'm not sure, but I need to get the thing bred first. Breeding in FR/LG is a real pain. No RNG abuse, and the breeding mechanics were way different back then, so I can't even soft-reset when I hit my nature + ability (natures, IV's, and abilities are already set when being held by the Day Care Man).

I have two parents with three IV's each of 30+, but I literally have to get every single egg, hatch them all, and wait for the one that comes out with 30+/*/30+/30+/30+/* with Natural Cure ability, and a Bold nature al at the same time. I only have MetalKid's IV calculator to go by, so when I get one that looks good, I then have battle with it holding an EXP. Share, while a higher leveled Poke levels up the Chansey so it doesn't obtain any EV's.

So yeah, it's quite a bit of work. I had to do the Togepi that way, as well. If it gets too annoying though, and I hit all but the SpAtk target IV, I might keep it anyways.

I'll let you know when I finish it if you want to help out.
