I can send you a copy of mine when I get home. The school network here doesn't want to let me upload the file.
But to extend it you would copy columns A-O and rows 3-10001 and paste the formula down below it for however many frames you need (row 3 because row 2 has some fixed stuff that would cause problems if copied). Then you open up the researcher in RNG Reporter, set Custom 1 to display 16 bit high in decimal to however many frames you need, export the results to a .csv file, then copy the Custom 1 column in the .csv file and paste it over column M.
For some reason a couple of the rows on my sheet have an invalid result. Probably a fault of Excel.

I think I have a shiny Relaxed nature in the 10000s somewhere if my calibrated frames are 19.
The shiny egg? Sure but I probably won't have time until the weekend to actually do it. I may or may not have a decent nature to abuse on my retail save depending on the calibration.
