I've just finished two saves in a row so I won't be taking more jobs for at least a week sorry =.=.
However should you need this service in the future, the time it takes me depends mainly on the game, the codes I'm allowed to use (usually stuff like infinite items; IV check and fast hatch) and the actual deadline to finish it (fastest is between 5-7 days but I won't take anything with a deadline of less than 7).

E-speed is an egg move. Just breed any male Dratini (or Evo) w/ E-speed with a female DW ability Dratini (or evo).
Well I think your Ditto would be the most useful since it's from someone else. Aside from the Roselia I gave you and my RNGs I don't have anything. Of course if you need to do more than one breed you would do one breed on one save and the second breed on a second save.

Ok. For the best chance for an egg you would need different species in the daycare (same egg group obviously) and both from a different save file. That would maximize your chance.

Oh... then not really. If I were to guess though you would have to take a step where the next step does an egg production check. You would have to get the first call to produce an egg, then the next two calls should make the PID according to that page (first 4 digits of RNG call then first 4 digits of the sequential RNG call). That is a complete guess though.
Edit: I'm assuming 3rd gen eggs.
