I didn't know the site owner wasn't around anymore. It's still up to date with Smogon's tiers.
Anyways, it's simple, really. Give it a single Poke, the tier you are using it in, and the generation you are using it in, and it will list every viable Poke in that tier, and why it either works, or doesn't work with your selected Poke, base on percentages.
