Phoenix is a social group I made in the same vein as teams, but I did not invite anyone except the people I knew best. (At the time, before I knew you well.) All others requested to join, and it is my hope that by getting members who want to join, they'll be more active and loyal.

I am going try to get Captains back as scientist. Maybe if we give him the less stressful job of just Pokemon Teams rather than he was incharge of the whole science branch, he will return. He was amazing kinda like a scientific prodigy in organizing people to make teams. Him and other became inactive when he resigned.
So a scientist exclusive rank list?

That bad. You think you can make a new thread where we make bio weapons just copy and paste the stuff from the first thread. Then we can use the current thread just as a storage place. Cuz we have a lot of bioweapons.
While impressive, the fiend is far worse. I would go into explanation, but it's too long. In a book that has the fiend as the main enemy, he even can ignore the commands of those that summoned him, but since he is quite literally the devil, I have more freedom than the book that is his namesake. Also, I'd like to inform you that Salazar's training allows him to override your character's ability that lets him have influence over him.

Maybe a little, Genesis was a little more noble and compoised, and just remember Loki insults ppl, and somehow always makes the conversation about himself (he's selfishly lovable like that), but other than that I applaud your post *applause*
