Parasect is unique. Toxicroak too. They are both able to use rain to thier advantage and not many people would expect that. Parasect could be a subseeder.

I'm not that good at OU, but I am good at vgc. I did try a rain team once in OU, ludicolo is awesome in VGC, ubers, and OU. People usually think I'm going to fake out and switch out, so I set up rain dance.
