    That doesn't necessarily mean the sync chance has been increased. It's (most likely) 50%. You just got lucky. (more likely; it doesn't work whenever you get a flawless spread!)

    Upload a random Pokémon on one game asking for something you have on the other game, and on the other game trade that Pokémon holding the item. Honestly, I don't understand why you don't know how to use the GTS, it's made for kids under 10 and it's really self-explanatory.

    Depends what tier, the team, we need more details. This isn't really the place for serperior discussion, but whatever. I don't see why you would run Iron Tail on a serperior, it's even -atk nature. A supportive set would be more bulky, and no, I highly doubt mean look would be run on it.
