You have literally no reason to accept a Hoopa with anything less than 28 in HP, and even that's pushing it. If the HP stat is more than a point under the highest possible, you should toss without even bothering to glance further.

People give too much attention to IV's nowdays cause they were used to RNG perfect pokemon. We should at least be happy to be getting 4 perfect IV's. Tossed anyway. I think mixed is the only way to go with Hoopa for now

Thanks for the input boys. We will see how it goes. I am hoping for a good hasty spread and maybe keep a good timid/modest jolly/adamant one.
