Well, the main reason BpB was so successful was because one person didnt create it. It was a combined effort of everyone in the club at the time. But after BpB we stopped having a democratic system of creating RP's, it just became "I have this idea, I'll make it into an RP." So I propose we go back to the old way, we have ideas for RP's submitted, but none created until they are approved by a vote.
Then, assuming the idea passed, after they are approved, each member (or at least the one's who participated in the first vote) would then discuss the basic plot, title, and major NPC's, the intro, etc. (again all voted on). This is what we did in BpB, and it created a sense of "patriotism" towards that RP, which is why it has always managed to bounce back. (unlike many of the others.) [continues in next post]
