    Give me a list of mons and I'll be able to give you a list of EV spreads :P I need a concrete list otherwise I can't really create an effective spread. I will also need the IVs of each one as well :)

    Well never put your hopes on NPCs. Roaming Legends just advance the RNG by 1 so thats all
