  • what are they? D:

i swear i trained them myself.

    and are any of the egg moves missing ;_______;
ok, i havent gotten it yet because my Wi-Fi was being stupid but its good now but miffinhead is eating right now
And I have this really cool thank you post for when I finish the RNG :D to everyone who helped me with it (namely Wichu, Bitterlemon, Alexshiny94 [indirectly] and ShadowHunter [indirectly])
No Mewtwo or birds :(. Now I am confident that (if I wanted to) I can get any Pokemon...bar SelfDestruct Mewtwo. Eppie explained it to me but it's still complicated. And yes it is a VERY long time for one RNG. There is no such thing as ID/SID abuse. I had to SR for 3 days to get my ID/SID. What I did was get a list of about 33 flawless PIDs, and then just SR until one of the combinations made one of them shiny. Chances of that is like 1 in 128? So yeah, just happened that I got Timid, and Modest :D hit the jackpot, cause the PIDs are almost the same.

And I don't mean to scare you if you thought about doing Emerald RNG, but actually that is one of the lowest frames if you want a flawless spread. For example, the Modest 31/31/31/31/31/31 spread that my ID/SID also makes shiny, would take me MONTHS to get. So I am just going to stick with Timid. I don't have PokeRNG, so I can't even find the less-than-flawless-but-still-good-enough spreads. I have to use ones other people find :( >_>
Oh that's interesting. Unless you are thinking of the fact that in DS events (the ones that can't be shiny) if the PID would be shiny, it is recalculated until it is not shiny. I will look around for the answer, and get back to you on it :D

Well I don't envy myself. I have been working on it for almost 2 weeks now >_> although it should be done by this weekend :D But yeah. 2 weeks... for one Pokemon. Well technically once to get to within a low amount of frames I can save state, catch Mew, Pal Park, reload save state, catch Deoxys, rinse and repeat. What is Timid 31/31/31/31/31/31 viable on (standing legendary-wise) in Emerald? Deoxys, Mew, Lati@s, Rayquaza, Kyogre (maybe). Do you think I missed anything?
Yeah. I'm even doubting trading my Mew and Deoxys when I get them. I can't wait to see how many people call me a hacker, specially that guy who I caught hacking a Mew with similar (actually the same o.O) spread a while back. I can't wait >_>

I'm pretty sure the chance of a given Pokemon being shiny is 1 in 8192. Something to do with ID SID compare binary to PID blahblahblah insert technicalmumbojumbo here.
Yeah. Unfortunately as a general rule, I'm not that trusting of people I don't know or don't have a good standing within the Pokemon community. The amount of hacks running around is the cause of that. I want a shiny Jirachi/Celebi, and I trust OmegaDonut when he says he has one, but he won't trade it :P

That is awesome :D me and you both. I love the look on my friends faces when I come out with stuff like that. Its like...ok...cool....but why/how do you know this, and why do I need to know :P
Hahahaha the useless facts you come out with! :P

    I want a shiny Celebi/Jirachi now :O I don't even care about that nature/IVs. I didn't think it was at all possible!
I'd say that's a pretty safe bet, unfortunately. At least you don't have to make these life changing decisions on what to do!
I started 4th gen pretty recently too, and it's pretty fun. I'm not sure whether I should get interested in VGC rules or not, because Worlds are at San Diego, California next year, which is only a few hours of driving for me...I'm not sure if I should go, since I'd end up feeling really nerdy, hahaha.
I have to get my friends to play me with VGC rules so I can bust out Groudon and Victreebell! It might actually work...
And yeah, I guess permanent rain would be kinda unfair. The top 10 OU pokemon would end up being Rain users, definitely. Oh well, we still aren't sure what 5th gen is going to give us!
What a rain team would really like is Kyogre! Like a baby one or something. I want to make a Sun team because Victreebell is awesome (Chlorophyll, and Leaf Blade, Weather Ball, Sludge Bomb, Leaf Storm) but Sun teams tend to fail miserably. :(
Water pokemon are probably the best there are. Maybe I'll just throw together Bronzong (Stealth Rock, Rain Dance, Explosion), Raikou, Zapdos, Kingdra, and maybe Kabutops or Relicanth or something stupid like that, hahaha.
And yes, I would love to see him get blacklisted...
Thanks for the Ralts. I've been meaning to make a rain team too, with one of the new Weather Ball Raikous, but I'll probably never get around to it either, haha. Is it weird if I enjoy RNGing more than EV training and putting teams together?
