Id pour the SAtk EVs into HP or do like a 100 HP 52 SAtk split becuase he only has 2 attacks and he looks to be more of a phazer than all out attacker and i know you want the STAB boost from flash cannon... but grass knot gives you so much better coverage... but i would definitely give him...

You could run a 252hp/252def/4spatt,speed or sp def (which eer you prefer). After one butterfly dance, with those ev's (last one is speed), are as follows: 344/x/273/384/279/324 ( with perfect IV's) pretty decent for UU i guess but i thought they would be better lol

I was under the impression that his ability only halves his attack so you would head smash on the switch and hit HARD and then ya you would be relativeley low (if they have stealth rocks up i recommend a spinner) then you would just use your special side butttt..... that doesnt work out so...

Dont forget the PID or else all your attempts are pointless. Use wichu's program and just press enter when it asks for your id/sid and look for a desired spread. Then do the pandora's box thing.

Make sure your seconds are right but i have never heard of hitting both odd and even, only thing i can think of is that your hitting different seconds and not reallizing it. Also dont update pikatimer EVERY time you hit a delay. Only update it if you are like 6+ away but other than that just...
