    31/30/30/31/31/31

    se eu colocar HP_E no Atk e Def, ele vai procurar por qualquer valor Par que dê o Hidden Power. Tipo, no Atk, qualquer valor dentro de (2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30) funciona pra HP Ice 70. Então ele vai procurar seeds que tenham esses valores no Atk.

    Ah, e outra coisa: sobre sua duvida dos Hidden Powers, você pode fazer o seguinte:

    Pesquisa quais os IVs que dão o HP nesse site: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/hp.php

    Depois vai no RNG Reporter, e na hora de procurar as seeds, vc faz assim (vou dar um exemplo):

    HP Ice 70 (31/30/30/31/31/31)

    Você coloca no RNG Reporter pra procurar:

    HP == 31
    Atk == HP_E ou 30 (HP_E = Hidden Power Even, vai procurar por valores pares que dêem o Hidden Power que você quer)
    Def == HP_E ou 30
    SpAtk == 31
    SpDef == 31
    Spe == 31

    Caso o valor que você precise pro hidden power seja impar, use HP_O (Hidden Power Odd)
    Xi... 4G eu não aprendi xD achei difícil -.-' Preferi ficar com meus breeds mesmo, que no fim das contas saiam bons =P Mas na 5G já tá mais fácil, já consigo breedar shinies e capturar perfects (não shiny, ainda não sei como combinar shiny + IVs bons)

    Route 15 is the only place I remember the relocator being, so I guess that one.

    congratulations for your first RNG´d pokemon, i wish i could help you, but i only know how to RNG for eggs :P, good job anyways¡
    Eh, I got three more Pokémon with the same seed - and IV spread. Now I have to learn not only PIDRNG, but how to advance frames properly.
    Ladies and gentlemen, I caught my very first RNG'd Pokémon! Random Nature/Ability (I don't know how to manipulate PIDRNG - yet), but I hit my seed precisely! 31/31/30/30/30/31, HP Poison!
