It's ok if you have the taillow on pearl, I did ev train those pokes but I usually only trade ut versions of my pokes. Here are the details:
Nidoking (252 Satk / 252 Spe / 4 Def) [Thunderbolt / Earth power / Fire blast / Ice beam].
Xatu (252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sdef) [Light screen / Reflect / Wish / Psychic].
I'm learning to RNG now, but it'll be some time until I have it down.
