Every WISHMKR has an ID of 20043 and SID of 0.
RockinX and I found that the seeds for those Jirachi range from 0-FFFF (that's 0-65535) in this post, and Sabresite from ProjectPokemon confirmed this. So we could narrow it down to those 65536 possible Jirachi, and use the ID\SID to determine which ones would be shiny.
