The Gengar needs to be Level 50, so it learns Destiny Bond, in place of Mimic.
The Latios needs to be Level 100. Teach it Dragon Pulse, in place of Trick.

Yeah, Ninjawes convinced me to do another one, but this one is only for DW Jigglypuff and I have all the parents I need for that. Luckily it got finished before the Giveaway freaks came up.
