You're right about the "first there, first one to check" thingy, but if you're talking about applying and they choose the best ones of those that apply, then you're mistaken. They take everyone that is good enough in. ;P

Haha I haven't been working on it since I think it might move back up to OU soon thanks to Excadrill being banned and Rain being more prominent. Also, I had a boatload of RU analyses to write so I decided to finish those first, especially as they are much shorter :P
