More or less, the best way to take a stab at Nest Ball Bayleef is to pick up Croc at Phenac; for Repeat Quilava, pick up Bayleef at Phenac. I think you may want to see the Colo Meganium I have in my thread.
Don't get me wrong, they are. They're a pain in the ass because of Colo's saving system. Starter stronger against yours is in Snagem Hideout, one weaker to yours is in Cipher Lab (Pain in the ass).
As far as memory goes Dive and Repeat are the only Balls that have to be traded over.
Nest Ball is buyable in Colo sometime around kicking Miror B. out of Pyrite. This is moot if you're SRing the starters at Phenac - you'll only have Great and Premier to work with bro.
