Made the changes, along with removing the Life Orb set due to being outclassed by Taillow / Krow. Also cleaned up Scarf and Cheer Up sets.

I really don't understand the congrats when joining GP or QC. I mean, congrats, you get to do harder work for us now?
Anyway, good luck on your QC endeavors! I'm sure if you do a splendid job on this over a good period of time, you can achieve a nice teardrop.
