I believe the Chansey that has PokeRus is the one that will switch it's name When it evolves.
Syberia's Milotic is full-redis, the rest are non-redis.

I know, but I have two of RockinX's Chansey. Both have the same exact IV's and moveset. One of them will not change it's name to Blissey when it evolves though, and I don't rememeber which is which.
