Yeah, I've done a few. It's got me up quite a bit on my testing alt. I replaed Recover for HP Fire on Starmie, I wasn't using recover at all really, and HP Fire helps me deal with Ferro, who was proving problematic. I still think my technique needs brushing up though

Tag skills in Guns, Lockpick, Repair. Traits: Built to Destroy and the one which gives +5 in all weapon skills. SPECIAL: Have 8 in Intelligence, 1 in Charisma, 6 Strength and Perception. 6 Luck and put the last one or two in agility. Hope you had a good christmas!
