I do not think Kecleon gets WoW... but I definitely plan on Toxic. :o Some more powerful moves would also help... the trouble is Kecleon has such a gigantic movepool and sucks too much to earn any more quickly enough. x____X he's a slow-grower. I'm thinking I better just raise him with RCs and stuff. -
