You were probably thinking of Roost. Altaria gets it as an egg move in Gen 5.
Just go capture a male, lvl 50 Swanan on the bridge and you have your chain breeder.
*edit* I originally said Whirlwind. That was an error on my part. I meant FeatherDance.

I have a male, 31/*/31/*/31/17 Trickster Murkrow with your egg moves...FeatherDance/Roost/Perish Song.
FeatherDance/Roost/Perish Song (for use as Eviolie Murkrow).
Chain breed Male Swanna (learns FeatherDance and Roost via lvl up) with Altaria (learns Perish Song via lvl up).
Yeah I still have 1 or 2 more :/
