Sorry for the wait, had to evolve the starlys to check their abilities as starlys don't have a DW ability so it shows up as the non DW ability even if it has the DW ability flag on. Hope you don't mind a few stray EVs here and there. What timezone are you in and when will you be able to trade? (And is the Chansey in 4th or 5th gen cart?)
I'm currently trying my best to hid a spread for B/W RNG that will give me a quint flawless 31/31/31/x/31/31 Pokémon. Once I find such a spread I'll rebreed Dokkora, you can get one of them for free.
