    If my solution pans out it might not be necessary unless that code allows one to use saves from a different memory card. Technically the save thinks it's on the same memory card whether it's on my actual memory card or the file on the emulator as I did a full dump of the memory card file.

    Now only if restoring the entire card didn't corrupt my memory card I would be able to get any emulator save if I'm provided with the memory card file (and had a big enough memory card, one w/ 2048 blocks or so).

    Oh ok. I think I've found another way to get a save from emulator to memory card as it worked with F-Zero GX, which also has save protection. I lent my memory card to a friend with XD to see if it works or not while I'm waiting for my XD game to ship in.

    Edit: Oh yeah, I found an app that lets me run an AR w/o actually having one (v1.14). I tried adding that code but it says the code is from another game. :/

    Hey can I ask you about that save backup code for XD? How does it work? Also, I can't seem to add that code on AR 1.14 (says the code is from another game). Do you know about that?

    My goal is to get my XD save from an emulator to a memory card and have it work. I have a 3rd party memory card so I can transfer saves and stuff but I can't get around the save protection.
    :) Mostly because of a banner idea that involved Lil Brudder that never happened. I've considered changing it. You think I should?

    I knew it! I was wondering what a "Luna Bean" was. Yes, I'll go change it to that. Keep in mind it will still be a bit until I have a surefire connection.

    I just tried to do a trade with somebody else, and it didn't work at all. Wifi kept disconnecting us for some reason, which is strange because everything on my PC says that it's working perfectly. Anyway, I don't think I'll be able to complete the trade right now. I have a working internet connection at my house (I'm living in a dorm right now) so if I go there one weekend I'll tell you, if you are still interested by then. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I was just about to ask you if you still wanted to do the trade! I'll get on it, my new MiFi came in the mail today and appears to be working, though I haven't done any trades on it yet. When you get on please tell me a time we can trade (Ideally in the US central timezone; if not, that's fine, though).
