    Well I need it to evolve to Scrafty too lol. So you can use what ever as long as it's ev'ed in what I stated and as long as its not hacked.

    I think thats HP Ice I could be mistaken. Even with egg moves the only moves that I remember being used on it was hypnosis and energy ball. But with hypnosis's accuracy dropping to 60 its not worth it, and since it has drought you get a turn 1 solor beam :D

    No you can't not this one it was bred by Expert E and copying it will result in blacklist. you can get 2 credits to my shop though which you can use towards anything I have except my trophies. As long as you don't hack it it's fine. I need it to evolve and be ev'ed.

    your welcome remember its modest so its not too fast [it should outspeed +speed base 90s] and level it up until it learns night daze!
    I need my pride and joy Scraggy to be ev'ed with 252 in speed and 252 in attack. Please and I repeat please do not change it's move set leave it how it is. meet you online?
