yeah, just checked ram watch and the moment I press record the entire emulation stops working, not even the delay and so on run anymore

Hm... I must be doing something wrong then, for me it just gets stuck completely after starting a recording
Just wondering, how do you advance PIDRNG frames on an emulator? I've been trying to record chatter with my chatot but it doesn't seem to work, desmume stop doing anything after I press a to start recording.
Yeah I've found that 165 as well, got my pc running all day and got through every month of 2011. Well, I searched for 31/31/31/x/31/31, but if you've found some with 31/31/30/x/30/31, I think I can live with that as well :P

Thanks for the help, finally managed to RNG a pokemon on an emulator today :) I had already done some RNGing on a retail cartridge, but just wasn't able to get the right parameters for the emulator.
Heya, I hope you don't mind me VMing you. I was wondering if you could tell me what emulator you used to RNG and what range you used to find your parameters. I've tried RNGing on an emulator before but couldn't seem to get the configuration right.
