    It actually doesn't.
    I've been abusing a long, long time. RNG reporter is incorrect on a a few different things, honestly.
    4th gen eggs, BCC (unsure of SZ encounter slots, haven't tested them), and fishing encounter slots are the only ones I can think of right now.

    It doesn't calculate them for you correctly.

    For instance:
    Seed: 6D0E1B0E
    Frame: 14
    Frame 14's encounter slot according to RNG reporter with BCC as method: 8
    Encounter slot found using the formula: 3

    Frame 15's PID = AE6474C0
    74C0 = 29888
    29888 / 656 = 45

    Encounter number 45 = Slot 3: 40 - 49

    Which is Metapod, Silcoon, or Cascoon. Not Scyther as it stated.

    The encounter slots are all screwy though.
    But that's pretty much correct.

    The encounter slot is determined by your current frame + 1, while the IVs/nature/etc is determined by your current frame + 3, all PID numbers and calculations taken and done from the Method K values, not the "actual" values. The actual slots are broken up as follows:

    [number obtained via current frame + 1 latter 4 hex digits / 656; the usual process]

    Slot 1: 0 - 19
    Slot 2: 20 - 39
    Slot 3: 40 - 49
    Slot 4: 50 - 59
    Slot 5: 60 - 69
    Slot 6: 70 - 79
    Slot 7: 80 - 84
    Slot 8: 85 - 89
    Slot 9: 90 - 94
    Slot 10: 95 - 99

    These values correspond to the pokemon (from left to right) on this Serebii page:

    I am writing up a guide for it, but I have so little time to dedicate to the writing of those guides. So I have no idea when anything will be in a firm foundation enough to even attempt at it.

    It should never advance by 3....
    I've never seen a 3 frame Sweet Scent, nor think it's possible. I have no idea why you can't get that frame. Sorry bro.

    Was that on the emulator or cart? Sweet Scent shouldn't be advancing by that much. Should only be 1 or 2.

    Are there multiple shiny frames all next to each other? If so, do any of them match that of the Pokemon you're getting?
