Hello there ^^ yea I have seen your request a couple of times but didnt contact you because you also want smeargle to be leveled up to 100. I could do the ev training and even give it the moves but I'm afraid I dont have enough time for leveling.
Hey there! In the quick trade/request thread, you didn't specify whether or not you wanted the Smeargle trained in gen 4 or gen 5. If it's in gen5, I'd be interested in training it for you.

No. Just take what Kazo showed you, and apply it to starter abuse. Save 1 step before the door, RNG for your delay. Hit the delay, make a save state while your menu is up and no NPCs are moving.
Make save states later as the NPC advances your frame.
