Just landed on my test frame. This is actually really easy with an emulator :) I'm going to give breeding a shot see what I can come up with.

I haven't really looked into B/W rng :P but it seems so. I'm pretty sure frames don't advance any other way since the frame are always advancing hence the reason save states and VBA are so useful since you can PAUSE and just advance the frame by 1 by pressing CTRL+N :) I'm going for fram 3211 and I only have to wait 53 Seconds and 51 milliseconds so the frames advance about 60 frames a second give or take. Which is what it says in the guide anyways this just proves it :P

Wow That kind of happened to me with my mew. I was learning how to use Pikatimer for the time and when I FIRST started to use it OBVIOUSLY i didn't hit my delay on the first try but once I did the first update on my other delay BAM hit my delay AND I got Calm Nature so that was that. didn't have to do it 60 billion times to get lucky with the nature lol

The seed is always 0. It's really just SR wait for the acquired time and hit A (more or less) in a nutshell. From what I'm gathering I'm actually trying to hit a certain frame now I'll let you know if I'm successful :P

Lol ya I know. The only way to speed it up is through VBA. When you use it (I'm sure you know this) it'll give you a percentage at what it's running at you just use that to figure out how long you'd have to wait, so say at 100% you have to wait an hour and if you can speed it up to 300% then you'd only have to wait 20 minutes. (That's if I did my math right :/)

300% converted to a decimal is 3 then just divide 60 minutes (1 Hour) by 3 so:

60 / 3 = 20 :) Yay I'm smart lol.

From what I've search so far it's easier to get a low frame with breeding but with Wild/Stationary Pokemon good spreads don't occur until higher frames come up. So from what I've seen it's no wonder no one waits a shit load of time for any regular ol' Pokemon. If your going to wait a whole month it better be a shiny fucking Mew/Deoxys. lol Since anything you can breed will be easier to Chain IVs down until you have parents that will produce a baby with your final results.

I think I pretty much figured it out O_o.... I was able to land on a frame I wanted...so does that mean I figured it out? Lol the frame sucks I just wanted to see if I can land on it. ever since I'm learned how to RNG I try and help out as much as I can I know how much help I needed back when I was trying to learn but I never really received it, Smogon is intimidating in that sense, so I eventually got the gist of it on my own. But I feel you on the stupidity where you have to explain EVERY FUCKING STEP! Legal.exe is hardly a decent way of checking Pokemon I don't even think Sabresite keeps up with it as much. And even if he's checking for HEX values he still isn't stating who the hell his friends are? Just let him rot in his own shit. People don't understand that at the end of that day it's a fucking game...calm the fuck down...brah :P

Articuno will not stay in the Dive ball to save my life...I've RNGed it twice already and he's struggled to death both times...I'm so pissed on the third time I threw a Master Ball and confirmed I hit the spread I wanted but I just couldn't love with the Master ball it looked so noobish lol...I won't give up though...guess it's what I get for not using AR :P.
