I found the spread of my shiny Rayquaza in that file you gave me. It's really neat to find something like that when you had no idea about it before. :)

Ya i had retired it again (without fixing the SID because I hadn't noticed it yet.) and I got the same result everything was correct minus the shiny. So I guess it still does advance the frame by 2. IF it happens AGAIN after I try it with the correct SID. then I can truly test it.
Haha so I just noticed I entered the wrong SID when searching for the shiny spread O_o...after hatching the egg it had all the right info minus the Shiny. So does this mean it DID advance the frame by 2? but the only reason it wasn't shiny because I entered the wrong SID?

Oooooooh ok yeah, that makes sense now. I was hitting the wrong frame AND not checking to see if I hit the right seed. Alright, I think I needed just a little memory refreshing. :P

High there! I saw your post about Joey advancing your frame normally even if he says he'd like to battle. You've had this happen before?
Wait, I think I know how to check if I'm hitting the right seed. Ok, so I can hit the right delay and all, but in order to check if I hit the right seed, I need to be calling Elm and see what hit responses are?
Ah ok, yeah that is what I was aiming for.
One thing though. Unless I'm doing something wrong, it always tells me that my seconds are 22, while my delay is 501-507 at most. From what I've seen, the seconds keep counting until I actually encounter the Pokemon. How can I time it so that I make the necessary amount of calls and encounter the Pokemon on the right time?
Alright, well I looked over both Riski's thread, and the stickied thread, and I must be missing something. I know how to land on the targeted time and delay, but not the seed. I thought the seed is generated for you once you hit your time and delay?

3. How do I land on the seed I need? I don't know how I do that.

If Rayquaza is just standing there, it's not considered to be an area with wild Pokemon is it?
I think I'm doing something wrong. I'm trying to recapture Rayquaza, and his monster frame is 1. I need to increase the frame by 4, so that means I need to open my journal 2 times. Well, I do that, and so that makes the frame 4, and when I capture it, the IV spread doesn't turn out to be what I was trying to get. :/
It's not a shiny Rayquaza, just a normal one.
