So, since I have to hit frame 34, I'd have to advance the frame 31 times (34-3-1+1=31). So, in N's Castle, I'm saved in front of Zekrom with 1 pokemon in my party. Can I go downstairs to the room where the PC is (Counting to make sure I hit 128 steps, so by the time I get there, I'l have advanced my frame by 1) and then withdraw 4 pokemon (Advancing the frame by 7 each, so I'll have advanced the frame 29 times total) and then depositing 3 pokemon so I'll have 2 pokemon in my party. Then, go back to where Zekrom is and making sure I take at least 128 steps, advancing the frame by 2 more. By then I'll have advanced the frame 31 times. Will that process work?
