FR/LG Gen doesn't work with seeds, it doesn't generate frames faster either, nor does it only use even or odd frames. Though, that is my experience with FR/LG abuse. Some people claimed to hit alot of Method 4 seeds while they were abusing Method 1 Pokémon, this has never happened to me either.
And on a sidenote, FR/LG abuse is the same as Emerald, besides the fact that your starting frame in FR/LG can be anything after a single softreset, whereas Emerald always starts with 0. Not sure why someone wants a SD Mewtwo now 5th Gen is coming closer and closer to be released though.
