    Jynx: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe (must keep Nasty Plot in it's moveset)
    Celebi: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpDef

    Keep Celebi at lvl 70, and keep Jynx at, or below lvl 50. If you use AR, NO vitamin codes, but using Wild Poke Modifier to battle Pokes with the correct EV's is fine.

    I'm heading onto WiFi with them now.

    Yes. Someone already has dibs on Moltres and Nidoking. That leaves Celebi, Dugtrio, Lanturne, and Jynx.
