I don't see why you would go for a target delay that's lower than your calibrated delay in the first place. Yeah my VM wall gets crowded fast, I need to find a place for it like Notepad or Word. I don't see the point in catching Rotom if its forms are considered legal hacks on WiFi; I don't even get why they have Smogon analyses for the forms. I say just ban all the forms because it's not fair for people without AR or for people who don't know the code to use them on WiFi. Still need a timid synchronizer?
Yeah, which is why I prefer delays that range from 600-670 since my supposed "calibrated delay" is 497. What do you consider low?
Jumpluff is NU actually lol. I don't think I'd ever use anything under OU for Ubers, but I wouldn't even use OU in general with few exceptions. On the contrary, I don't consider some of the pokemon in Ubers true Ubers to be honest.
I can understand the Relaxed/Bold one, but I don't see why anyone would use a UU pokemon in Ubers.
Well, just the Uxie, but the Azelf is different and you already RNGed that. I suppose we should choose another set. The choices are Bold, Relaxed, Careful, and Jolly. I don't like any of those sets though -_- http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/uxie
