The problem with using Roopushin as a counter to either one is that you have a 50% chance that your attack will be severely weakened (i.e. They either switch or stay, and you'll use either Payback or Mach Punch). Breloom also does fairly well against it.

A Suicune with more HP EVs can STILL survive, then easily OHKO all kinds of Dorys due to the 10% damage they take from LO. Plus, switching anything into ANY +2, fast pokemon is suicide most of the time. You should be switching your Dory counter in on the setup (since non-setup Dorys are far...

Bold 40/252 Hydro Pump Suicune can come in on a set-up and OHKO even the bulkiest of Dory's (252/0 or 0/252), which I think is even better than that other stuff.
