I deleted everything on the R4 with the Japanese D/P rom on it, so including the Smeargle =/
About your VBA speed, you should go over 200% at least if you let it run on the Continue screen (This is were VBA should run at it's very max for everyone).
I've just checked a XD Hypno which also has 00 in everything, then I checked Miilanda's Lunatone, which has 47 in something.
This Hasty BP Zapdos I have also turns out to have 00 in every hex-value.
Well, my Snorlax and Mewtwo have been used in VGC10 quite a few times and they've passed every hack check.
I've just compared my Shedinja with a random Bidoof and idd, everything is 00 for Shedinja, while it isn't for Bidoof.
However, what do hex-values actually tell us?
